#Memory is important for everyone in all ages. How to improve it? It is a complex question. I have several suggestions. Firstly, have enough rest. Enough sleep can make sure brain works normally, because when people sleep, their brain and other organs also can rest. Enough rest can provide enough energy. Secondly, keep always thinking. Do not get used to the current situation. Keeping thinking when meets things can exercise brain. Thirdly, eat some healthy food that is good for memory, such as, radish, cabbage and spinach. I think these are helpful to improve memory.
#What is happiness? If someone has a lot of money, does he really be happy? The two questions point out the relation about money and happiness. Today, people treat money the first place in their life, they work hard for making money, because without money, one can’t do a lot of things, indeed, we need money. When people get married, the first thing they do is to get enough money to buy a house, money seems everything. While on my opinion, money can’t buy happiness, I see some guys who are not rich, but they live in a free way, they move everywhere they want, they feel happy. So happiness is from someone’s heart, it is nothing to do with money.
#Today, our class held the monitor election. `And I became the new monitor in my class. I was very happy, but I was still very nervous now. When the election began, I was so nervous that I can hear my heart beating heavily. I tried my best to calm down for a long time. Then I went to the platform to begin my prepared speech. I felt my brain was blank when I was having my speech. Before the election, I was confident for this position, but I still so nervous when I was in the platform. Thanks for preparing in advance; otherwise, I must be embarrassed. But the result was what I want. It’s a happy thing.
#I like staying late at night and getting up late next morning. Usually, I won’t go to bed before one o’clock. When my clock alarms the next morning, I have to struggle for a long time to get up. Most of the time, I feel tired before class is over. So sometimes I can’t catch up with my teacher, because I can’t focus my mind. And I don’t like vegetable. Mostly I only eat meat. I am a little fat maybe because of that. I realize my lifestyle is unhealthy. I need to change it. I can’t sleep so late in the evening and should eat more vegetable. If I change my lifestyle, I can make my life more wonderful.
#Things in the world are changing. People are changing and every creature is changing. Changing is a neutral word. We can’t judge it is good or bad in general, because every coin has two sides. But sometimes we need to change, because it is good for us. Sometimes we will meet some difficult or uncomfortable situation. When we are not able to change it, we need to change ourselves. If both of us refuse to budge, the problem would not be solved. Sometimes we need to change our life attitude; sometimes we need to change our views of seeing things; sometimes we need to tolerant; sometimes we need to be strong. Changing ourselves according to the specific situation is good for us.
